Ordering Custom Signs

INITIAL CONSULTATION:

An initial consultation may be conducted via phone or email.  It is most helpful to us if you have as much information about the sign you desire as possible.  Four main points that will be covered in this discussion:

  1. Location
    - photo of the location is most helpful.
  2. Artwork
    - Are you supplying a logo or sketch?
    - Is there something on this website you would like to incorporate?
    - Have you seen a sign anywhere else that you like?
    - Do you have any photos/scenes that you would like to incorporate?
  3. Colors
    - Do you have a color scheme in mind?
  4. Budget

DESIGN DEPOSIT:

A non-refundable design deposit is required for any design.  This deposit will then be applied to the price of the ordered sign.

Design Deposit:  $150.00
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, personal checks, and Paypal.  Invoices are emailed through Paypal. 

Upon receipt of the design deposit, a color mock-up and cost estimate will be emailed to you within 10 days for your approval.  The design fee includes five design revisions.

FABRICATION:

Once a design has been finalized and approved, a down payment of 50 percent of the total cost is required for production to begin.  You can expect four to six weeks for the production of your sign whereupon the total balance is due.  Upon receipt of payment, the sign will be shipped.  We offer a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee for all finished products. There are no refunds for deposits if the job is cancelled.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY:

Border Country Sign Co. creates custom signs for customers all over the world.  We welcome you to pick up your sign in person. However, we would be happy to arrange shipment if it is more convenient.  Shipping cost is calculated by the size of the custom   •made shipping box and the destination.  Sales tax will be added as appropriate.
